- Start with one business domain and 10-20 metadata-only tables.
- Name a business sponsor and context owner.
- Use golden questions with an expected route or executable expected SQL when a source adapter exists.
- Keep the release threshold at 80% route reliability, then monitor reviewed production feedback separately.
